a good starting point is the SAP Cloud ALM homepage including the value related information. In addition I recommend the adoption cases that descibe typical entry points.

tim.steuer gave you already very good information. I would like to add one Link to the Transition Center for SAP. Cloud ALM. There you find as well some Transition steps and recommended sequences for implementing SAP Cloud ALM.
