'Unknown region' error at the time creation of first subaccount in SAP cloud connector

Hi Experts,

I am facing below error while setting up subaccount at SAP Cloud connector. Here providing same region as in the SAP BTP subaccount.

Taken region value from f4 and tried other possible values as well but still facing below error.

Any help much appreciated.

Which JDK vendor and version do you use for running your Cloud Connector?

Make sure to use a supported JDK and browser and ensure to empty the browser cache completely when upgrading the Cloud Connector.

JDK version - Version 8 (build 1.8.0_371-b11)

As per the perquisite on Help documentation -

Installed JDK version 8 (build 1.8.0_371-b11)

Cloud connector - sapcc-2.15.2-windows

JVM - sapjvm-8.1.092-windows-x64

and browsers used Edge, Chrome and cleared browser cache as well but same issue persist.

Unfortunately, this is not an error that I am aware of.
I recommend to create a support case at SAP support component BC-MID-SCC and attach the Cloud Connector DEBUG logs/traces with telling a timestamp of when you reproduced the issue. Furthermore, the request and response data which your browser sent would be very helpful. This can be recorded with the Developer Tools of your browser which are usually accessible via the browser's Tools menu.

Hi Anshuman,

please check in Configuration -> Cloud -> HTTPS proxy, whether there is a value stored that might be wrong. If so, then remove the proxy setting. We just learnt that this could cause this message to pop up as well, which is in that case a misleading one.

Click on Configuration >> Cloud and remove any erroneous proxy setting maintained under HTTP Proxy area.
