Does the standard solution for Turkey includes creating the edocument for Convergent Invoicing/FICA documents in S/4 Hana in Premise?

I'm sorry if I don't give you a straight forward answer to your question, as I deal mainly with eDocuments in S/4HANA Cloud. Still, I'd like to recommend you a visit to this Help Portal page, as it provides you with an overview of using the eDocument solution for Turkey (on Premise) for the processing of electronic invoices (eInvoices):

Turkey for FICA-CI is planned in the future, unfortunately not available today.

Is there any standard BADI available which can be levereged to convert the FICA document to eDocument?
