VIM Workflow error NPO - Cannot initialize the Approval Process - check configuration

Hi Folks,

When I processed a NPO DP document, with all the business rules in green by clicking on apply rules, it is not going forward to the approver, instead it is staying in the same status "Approval Required (NPO)". However, when I click on start approval process option, it is showing the error as "Cannot initialize the approval process - check configuration".

Configuration looks fine for me.

Kindly help me on this!!

hi fanesha, as a start a screenshot of your existing config would be helpful , or kindly at least describe what config you did so that we can check what is missing

If next user is not available or not mapped you will receive this error, please map the next level approver or get the user activated.
