This is expected behaviour in SAC. What you are doing is a calculated measure (numeric calculation) so you cannot have string values as parameters in IF in calculated measure. But to achieve the above you can follow a trick. You can replace "Overdue" with 1 and "Open" with 0. Then use Measure based dimension (calculated dimension ) and assign 1 as "Overdue" and 0 as "Open"

Hello Christos Andreou,

Please try changing the column to a number in the model creation phase before using it in a formula and make sure whether you have defined measures and dimensions correctly while creating the model.
