Hi Tom,

this is not supported as of now in CPI. you must use Openconnector ( docusign ) for this.

Warm Regards, Avinash

Hi,

I need to setup an integration towards Docusign. For authentication they support OAuth Authorization Code or Java Web Token (JWT).

I've set up an OAUTH Auth Code (generic) credential pointing to docusign which is working ok, but it seems that the http receiver adapter does not support this type of credential

I see that Docusign can be connected using OpenConnectors, but what can you do when OpenConnectors is not included in the CPI license?

How to connect to Docusign using OAuth authorization code (or possibly JWT) without OpenConnectors?

Thanks!

Tom

Hi avinash_mallashetty_scplan,

I was afraid of that.

Shame though. The OAuth Authorization Code credential to DocuSign works, but there is no adapter that supports this type of credential.

Regards,

Tom

Hi,

Not sure if you are still looking for it since it's been a long time you asked this question. But anyways, SAP Cloud Integration now has a dedicated DocuSign adapter which offers these two authentication types:

JSON Web Token (JWT)

OAuth 2.0 Authorization Code

Check out the help document for more details : https://help.sap.com/docs/integration-suite/sap-integration-suite/docusign-adapter

Regards,

Vishal Ingale
