Authentication issue with DW trial

Hi!

I'm experiencing some problems when logging in to start my SAP DW trial: I received instructions on how to change my password by clicking on "Forgot my password", but I am not getting the email to do so, so I can't access the free trial. Has anyone had the same problem or is it only temporary?

Hello Guillermo, were you able to resolve this issue. @Daniel Felsmann - I am having similar issue and tried sending email as listed above, it bounced back. Please let me know if there is another email/contact we can reach out to resolve the free trial login issue. Thanks

Contact your SAP Account Manager, 2626344 - Who is the SAP Account Manager for my company? - SAP for Me

In my experience, when you don't receive the mail, it may be because someone else in your company has already applied for a trial.
