Application error while posting ADT A08 HL7 format from SAP PI using IAH adapter

Hello,

I am receiving an application error while posting ADT A08 format HL7 message while sending to receiver application from SAP PI. The logs from SAP PI states the processing is completed but the response message is coming as below. Receiver application team confirmed there are no logs showing that message is hitting their system. The same message when passed from open source tool UltraPort HL7 Router is working well. We tried with other ports which are dedicated to ADT without any luck. This is a synchronous interface. I am able to post ORM message successfully but not ADT. I am wondering after message leaves SAP PI where is it getting lost. Please let me know if there is anyway to trouble shoot more\any missing configuration?

I have a same problem.

I already check all config but I can't get the interface working, please let me know if there are any solution for you.
