CIG - mapping header If-else

Hi Expert team:

We have a case to copy line item of custom field name=Date1 to header target field RECV_date only when line item NumberInCollection=1. Pls guide me through how to do this.

step 1. drag custom date to RECV_date

step 2 click name and add source condition Date1

I wonder where can I set if NumberInCollection=1 only then will copy value from Date1 to RECV_date

I have try anyway around as well by

step 1. drag NumberInCollection to RECV_date

step 2. add translation function by source =1.But what is the right syntax to put target field if we need to copy the value of custom field name =Date1

Pls let me know step by step

Hi Manthana,

Can't you use choose-when condition. when NumberInCollection = 1 then map date to header.

If the above options didn't help then you can use target variable for the same.
