Issues with SQLITE in local IDE

Hello,

I am working with my Project locally with VS Code and also with BAS and everything was fine till last week.

It seems that there were some changes in CDS which potentially caused following Problems:

1) All http requests to localhost to any endpoint ended with an error:

SQLITE_ERROR: no such table: localized_BlablaService_BlaBla

2) If I try to deploy to sqlite: cds deploy --to sqlite: <db name>, I recieve an error: Cannot find module 'big.js'. Google also didn't help me to fix issue with "big.js".

Version of local cds:

@sap/capire-samples: undefined

@sap/cds: 4.4.7

@sap/cds-compiler: 1.46.6

@sap/cds-dk: 3.3.5

@sap/cds-foss: 2.2.0

@sap/cds-reflect: 2.13.4

@sap/cds-runtime: 2.7.8 Node.js: v12.18.2

Node.js: v12.18.2

Version of sqlite in package.json: ^4.2.0 (as devDependency)

Tried to change to version 5, same result.

forgot to say that in BAS is working fine, I have issue in VS Code locally.

What is your local OS?

Local OS is Windows 10
