Step 5 of the tutorial - creating a new service instance I receive this error message:

With the same trial account I already was able to create service instances.

Failed to open connection to the database, because of: Failed to get connection for database '746ad55b-5916-484a-8436-72528e8394f8' (746ad55b-5916-484a-8436-72528e8394f8.hana.trial-eu10.hanacloud.ondemand.com:443), because of: SAP DBTech JDBC: Cannot connect to jdbc:sap://746ad55b-5916-484a-8436-72528e8394f8.hana.trial-eu10.hanacloud.ondemand.com:443 [Object is closed: com.sap.db.jdbc.SecureChannelSession@772e7302 746ad55b-5916-484a-8436-72528e8394f8.hana.trial-eu10.hanacloud.ondemand.com:443 ConnectionID:0 SessionID:0 on sun.nio.ch.UnixAsynchronousSocketChannelImpl[connected local=/10.155.57.107:40468 remote=746ad55b-5916-484a-8436-72528e8394f8.hana.trial-eu10.hanacloud.ondemand.com/18.157.215.35:443]].

thanks for the quick reply.

However, it seems to be a different root case.
I cannot create the service instance, not restarting an existing one again.

But anyway it seems some of your colleagues are working on it anyway. So I will wait.

I am facing same issue in production environment not trial one while creating service instance. Kindly suggest fix to resolve this issue
