Business Application Studio does not start

Hi,

We have just subscribed to the business application studio in our productive global account. When clicking the "Go to Application" link however:

The browser goes to https://subaccount.eu10cf.applicationstudio.cloud.sap/index.html
Redirects to authenticate (as expected)
But then gets stuck at https://subaccount.authentication.eu10.hana.ondemand.com/login, showing a message "Welcome to Development!".

Why is this? The same setup is working fine from my trial account. I have added these roles on my account

I have compared with that one to the extent possible. It only depicts the approach for trial accounts.

Hi Carl,

It looks like an issue with the way you manage the Trust configurations of your subaccount.
Are you able to login to any other application you subscribed to ?
Do you see the user/pass text fields for other applications?

The Trust configurations section allow to define different custom IdP for users authentication.
I assume when the configuration is not complete/correct it may lead to the error you see.

Check in your subaccount left toolbar , Security -> Trust Configuration

Can you see an Active trust configuration is enabled ?

Does the 'Available for User Logon' is marked on?
