Processes for distributing Cloud Platform workflow app to selected users

I believe I am aware of how to control the workflow and and identify the user details when a Workflow app is processed. What I am unsure of is how the app is deployed and more so how I can ensure that only the users who are allowed to run the workflow app can see and process it. How do I control this?.

So the steps I need to take are:

1). Develop Workflow app and test on Portal.

2). Deploy to Fiori launchpad. (How?)

Hi Gary,

I think the Catalog concept of the Portal allows you to make apps available that match users roles.

With respect to deploying, the portal help pages should contain info in its Administration Guide section. Also the term "Transport" brings up pages that some people consider "deployment".

Much appreciated Tobias. I have a lot of reading to do.

My apologies if I also have a similar repeated question, worded slightly different. When I went into my account and viewed my questions, this question was NOT showing, and so I just thought it had some how not posted, so I re-posted again, although worded slightly different.

I'll try and remove that other question, if i can.
