SAP GUI Scripting Authorisation

Hello All,

We have created Production order creation and SO Creation record and play(RPA) and we need to provide production order creation play option only to selected users and SO Creation play to selected users. How do we control it by authorization?

Hi Kuppuswamy.

With same authorization you can check in either development or quality system, In case of any missing authorization, you can find use the transaction code SU53. and refer the security guide

We have set sapgui/user_scripting_per_user and authorization object in role. We have two record and play and need to assign only one for group of users and other one for another group of users. When we run RPA, it shows both play icons and both group users able to run both play.

SAP GUI Scripting doesn't control PO/SO authorizations, you must define these authorizations in the SAP backend.
