Windows Script Host error while CBTA script execution

Hi Experts,

I am able to record script using CBTA, however when I try to execute it getting below windows script host error. I have CBTA 3.0.14.7 and SAP GUI 750.

Error: Error description not available

Code: 800A0277

Source: SAP Frontend Server

Please anybody help here...

Please make sure you have implemented the SAP Note 2029868 in the newest version.
I had similar errors (other codes) when running recorded scripts. In the same time, direct execution of the corresponding .vbs worked fine.
In my case, this note was completely implemented in dev, but was not imported to the test, where I was recording autotests. And the errors gone after I fixed it.

Thanks for the reply.

I have already implemented SAP Note 2029868 with latest version 58 but still facing same issue. I am facing this error for one SUT only and for other SUT, able to execute scripts successfully.

Hello Dimple,

Are you facing this error only with one CBTA script or other CBTA test scripts aswell. You have mentioned CBTA works fine with one SUT and not other SUT. Did you carry out CBTA self check and verify if you have any issues there.

So you were able to record the automated test script but facing the issue with execution, Is you script failing right at the first step ? Try to execute the script in debug mode and find the root cause of the issue.
