Is it possible to have more than one controller extension for list report/object page?

Any reason why you want to implement multiple controllers? I believe there should be a better solution to this.. Please let us know..

You can actually have more than one, but one for list report and other for object page.

If you want to further modularize then try creating a singleton class like show below and modularize the code, but you will have a single extension controller and you will be calling the singleton class methods inside.
