Integration with OpenText

Hi there,

I am looking for any information on the possible integration options with SAP OpenText. We have a use case where we need to integrate a web form that collects data (text and files), update a service cloud record and store a file in OpenText. I've searched Q&As and blogs but the information is very sparse. Our preferred integration platform is CPI.

Thank you, Kerry. Our preference would be to keep OpenText to document management only with a different front-end framework to be used.

Hi Alexey

We have a very similar requirement where we need to fetch pending invoices from OpenText into an external application. Any idea how to do this ? I was looking for some connectors or may be access the OpenText DB directly but couldn't find any solution
