Error While Import SPS Phase SHADOW_IMPORT_INC

Hi Expert,

i have installed EHP 1 Neatwever PI 7.1,
in OS Linux SLES 9 version with Kernel 721 UC then Database DB2 V.97.

Currently i'm doing upgrade SP level with SUM from Stack 0 to 7 but i have some problem.
Durring PHASE MAIN_SHDIMP/SUBMOD_SHDIMP/SHADOW_IMPORT_INC.

there are 3 log become concern.
SAPup.log , SAPup.ECO, SHDALLIMP.ELG, SLOG711

for more detail error below :

so far i have try upgrade kernel to 722 but the problem was same,
I has been struggling 3 day to found right way.
please help, How to fix that's problem, any suggestion?

if any suggesttion anything, are welcome, i will appreciate it.

If possible do the full system restart and then retry the same phase.

Do the full SAP system restart and then try again the in same phase.

after upgrade kernel from 721 to 722
i have been try full SAP system restart.
1. stopsap
2. stopdb2
3. startdb2
4. startsap
5. repeat SUM

but the problem still same .
is there any way to overcome?
