What is GuiShell SubType ChartAdapter?

Hello Community,
I analyzed the GuiChart class and in this context I found a subtype called ChartAdapter.

The subtype isn't documented. Is this adapter comparable to GraphAdapt?

Hi Stefan,

the chartadapter is implemented by module sapgradp.ocx (scripting module sapgradpScripting.dll).
This is an SAP wrapper around a 3rd party component called chart.ocx. The chart.ocx is used in a number of applications especially in older SAP products. In newer ones the sapchart.ocx is more frequently used. It implements various different types of diagrams and can look for example like this:

If you want to see this yourself, you can try for example program GFW_PROG_BAR (SE38).
