Configure webhook timer

Can I configure the timeout of webhook requests?
I'm using heroku as a backend, and sometimes when users ask my chatbot, it takes too long for the backend to unidle, it does respond with a valid response but the chatbot don't wait for an answer, and don't give an answer..

Maybe it would be beneficial also to allow an action on webhook error/timeout..

Hi,

There is hard timeout after 15 sec for external connections (Webhhoks, Consume API Service) which can't be changed.

If the user has to wait for 15 sec, that is already a very long time for a bot reaction. Performance is part of User Experience, so, we limited it.
