Hello Experts,

After a migration, I want to add the new hosts to our Solution Manager.

We are using physical and virtual hostnames. The SAP systems are using the virtual hostnames.

In step 4 of the managed system Configuration - Assign Diagnostics I have tried to assign the Diagnostic Agent with “Auto Assign button” and I get the following error message:

In the lmdb the Fully Qualified Domain Name" is wrong. There is still old hostname:

Have anyone a Idee, How can we resolve this problem ?

Hello Tatjana Schumakowa ,

Seem your SLD data is not populated with correct hostname

What you can do is remove old DAA from SLD and restart DAA on server

This will push new data and than you can try again to reconfigure system

If this is still not working please let me know

How can I found DAA in sld ?

I have remove the Solman host in the SLD / technical Systems and then RZ70 executed, but that not helped

To find DAA in sld you can follow below steps,

Login to SLD -> Home -> Technical system -> Select Technical system type as computer system--> In that click on your OLD DAA host name -> check tab Installed system -> there you can see the diagnostic agent.

Now, to remove DAA -> select the host name of DAA and click on Remove technical system .

Hope this will help !!!
