SRS trace flag

Hello Everyone,

I am looking to get detail's related to this 2 trace flag below related to SRS. I failed to get information related to this trace. Any help or lead here.

Also curious to know will this help to print duplicate transaction details in error log or will it help fetch detail from exception log for failed transactions.

trace 'on/off', RSFEATURE,RSFEATURE_HQ1

The traces that you listed is used for troubleshooting HVAR or RTL replication. For printing transaction detail, you can try trace 'on/off', dsi, dsi_buf_dump.

To log the transaction to the exceptions log, you can issue:
sysadmin log_first_tran, RDS, rdb
go

Then, issue in the RSSD database:

rs_helpexception
go

# get list of tran_id, look for the latest logged exception

rs_helpexception <tran_id>
go

Or, to get text of last exception logged:

select b.textval from rs_exceptscmd a, rs_systext b where a.cmd_id = b.parentid and a.cmd_type = 'L' and sys_trans_id = (select max(sys_trans_id) from rs_exceptscmd)
go
