Loading Hierarchy from flat file error

Hello all,

i am trying to load a hierarchy from a flat file into BW.

i have created the necessary data source, transformation, infopackage and DTP.

i can view the data in the PSA in its correct format, but when executing the DTP i get the below error

can anyone guide me on what the problem might be ?

From the error message, InfoObject ACCOUNT is not active

Go to transaction RSA1, select InfoObject ACCOUNT and activate it.

the infoobject is active. i have tried activating it again and loading but the same error still persists...

Is InfoObject name spelled correctly in flatfile (ACCOUNT vs 0ACCOUNT)?
