      <title>Cloud Connector and Cloud Platform connectivity issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Experts,&lt;/P&gt;
  &lt;P&gt;I am getting an authorization error while connecting local cloud connector to Hana Trial Platform. I was able to connect 6 months ago and access everything. Now, Post upgrade to 1809, I was not able to access and getting the following error&lt;/P&gt;
  &lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG class="migrated-image" src="https://community.sap.com/legacyfs/online/storage/attachments/storage/7/attachments/1654465-auth-error.png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
  &lt;P&gt;I have completely uninstalled and tried installing cloud connector but i am still getting the same error message. When I tried to check logs, it is always saying , Password is wrong .&lt;/P&gt;
  &lt;P&gt;com.sap.scc.servlets.Request Failure Execution$Invalid Request: Current password is incorrect&lt;/P&gt;
  &lt;P&gt;But my password seems correct. Can you please tell me what could be the idea.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But still getting the same thing. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not able to understand anything. we are actually loosing time.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dear Pawan,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Check the following KBAs one by one:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2417932 - 500 Failed to sign the SAP Cloud Connector certificate for account. Verify configuration and proxy settings &lt;BR /&gt;2460641 - Adding subaccount to SAP Cloud Connector fails due to network issues &lt;BR /&gt;2450005 - Error: 417 Could not download configuration file: 407 - authenticationrequired when adding subaccount to SAP Cloud Connector &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;All of them provide the same solution. In case they do not help please continue troubleshooting with the KBA:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2697152 - Adding Neo subaccount to SAP Cloud Connector fails - SCC handshake failed: 403 — Forbidden &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Best regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Barnabás Paksi&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I am not able to understand and crack one thing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was able to connect my web Ide to our Development , Quality  and Production Systems(Both from Web IDE Personal Edition and Web IDE Hana Trial Account)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Post upgrade of Development system to 1809 , I was not able to reach Development system from both Web IDE(both personal edition and cloud edition).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please suggest me how can i solve this issue. If this is network issue, i should not be able to reach quality and production systems as well I suppose.
