Could you please suggest, how to set column width for smart table?

If it is a responsive table the column width is adjusted automatically, else this is based on the metadata property maxlength in case of type string and precision for numbers.

Hi Igor,

For tree table or Grid table, you can go to Visual editor of your project, Go to edit mode and open your List report page, select column and see the column width and you can play with the width size. In some case it doesn't behave properly but after some trial error, I was able to achieve it.

it works in case of template for List Reports based on annotations. And I have "SAPUI5 Visual Editor" in context menu for project. I agree with it.

But I created project manually. And I have view with two components smartfilterbar and smarttable.

Hi Teja,

I am using smart table and table type is tree table.

I have followed the steps and enabled the SAP UI5 Visual editor to my project however in edit mode not able to edit the columns of smart table this editor supports only the applications that have selected the type Adaptation Project Fiori elements.

Is there any alternative approach please let us know.

I am using smart table in which some are custom column and some columns coming from odata (Northwind). I want to display all columns (20) in one time but for me it is not possible kindly help.
