I created a AS2 sender scenario. When the partner sends the message we get following error message:

Hi Christian,

The message is either not signed by the partner or you are not having the right public key configured of the partner. The Seeburger try to authenticate the message using partners public key.

Please check if the public key is loaded in NWA, also check if the key is configured correctly in sender agreement/ICO.

thanks for your answer. Now I'm receiving this error message in Seeburger WB...

...and the partner receives a negative MDN.

Do you know what I can check in order to solve this problem?

Hi Christian,

The error can be cause by partner is using wrong public key to encrypt the message or the message format is not correct.

Please share your public again with partner and confirm if they are using the same.

Hi Harish,

the problem is solved now. The third entry (Seeburger WB - System status) was not OK.

We implemented a SAP note, rebooted the server and it worked.
