      <title>Red Health in CMC</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just noticed a red dot in the healh column in Server section of the CMC as seen below&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG class="migrated-image" src="https://community.sap.com/legacyfs/online/storage/attachments/storage/7/jiveimages/947690" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The red dot is in the CMS. Everything is operating normally in the user side.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edit the Adaptive job server and the cms watch list and check what condition they have for the watch.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if its a default watch then for Adaptive job server the rule will be&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;'Current Number of Auditing Events in the Queue'&amp;gt;500&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;similarly you will have some more rule for CMS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i think your Auditing is disabled hence the health of the server is red.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to Auditing and check if its enabled or disabled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #333333; font-size: 12px;"&gt;You can clear of auditing files from auditing folder and restart SIA. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #333333; font-size: 12px;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #333333; font-size: 12px;"&gt;It should clear up the 'Danger' warning in CMS and AJS watch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Warning: there is no connection to the Auditing Data Store from the CMS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG class="migrated-image" src="https://community.sap.com/legacyfs/online/storage/attachments/storage/7/jiveimages/949923" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I dont have the boeuser password. Can i change it at database server ?       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;As auditing is disabled due to bad userid password the monitoring watch is red.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you fix the bad user id and password by resetting the watch will change to green.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One more thing which is important is as auditing was not writng to auditing DB the logs will be present in Auditing folder, so you have 2 option is to wait and get this logs written to the auditin folder by itself which will take time and the monitoring watch will be red till that time else you can remove the logs from the audit folder and then start the SIA and the watch will immediately trun green.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, it will depend upon your requirement if you want to keep the audit logs for that period of time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
