Payment Statistics Analytics App tile cannot load

Hi Expert,

I faced a problem on loading KPI Payment Statistics app. I'm able to load others's app but fail on this. I have done all the configuration setting as shown in the documentation (Configuration Settings: Payment Statistics - SAP Smart Business for SAP Simple Finance, On-Premise Edition - SAP Library).

There are no error log record in the gateway and back-end system and also no dump error in ST22. I have configure all the required authorization for this app as well.

Below are the error when I inspect element.

I tried configure the input parameter but I face an error on one of the parameter - P_NumberOfProcessingDays. I tried to input value 90 as in the documentation but get an error message as shown below.

Anyone face this error when try to activate this app?

Hi Ben Lim,

90 is a valid input value even though the error message says it's not.

I've seen cases where this was caused by a bug on HANA level.

Which revision and PL are you using?

It's solved with >= 97.03, > =102 PL 1 and 110

Hi Beate,

I have tried using 97.03 as input but it still prompt error 'Invalid Data'.

What do you mean by revision and PL I'm using? How I can check it?

Hi Ben,

Were you able to fix this issue? We are facing the same issue even with HANA revision 102.3.
