Hi All,

I have two questions --

1. What are the Servers\services used to refresh\run\publish\burst\download the Webi Reports?

2. How would I know if BO Server configuration is right to handle three WEBI reports of 6000 pages each with regard to refresh\run\publish\burst\download?

Amit,

You can run the BI Platform Support Tool to get details settings on all your server, such configuration. This will allow you determine if you have it configured properly.

You can go for trial and error to find out the same.

Try following:

Schedule report while no other report is running.

Schedule report using only server in a server group created exclusively for these reports.

Start with good discussions like:

Ultimately, it could boil down to server sizing. If it does, refer to sap.com/bisizing

AdaptiveJobServer= Schedule and burst

Adaptive processing server = refresh ,run,download

If you have additional BI tools running such Crystal ,Dashboard Design and federation +multi source universe than queries will use additional dedicated services
