Adding new DTP process into Existing Process Chain

Hi People,

I have one PC which gets data from ECC to BW DSO target in Production and it is running since from long.

Now I have developed Info cube so I wanted add new DTP process which gets data from DSO to Infocube.

Is it possible add another DTP in to already running PC? If yes do i need to take care anything?

Hi,

If the chain is already finished for today's run, you need to remove first the process chain from schedule, as shown in the screen below..

Afterwards, EDIT your chain and add the DTP after the activation part of the DSO, as shown in the screen above..

Then EDIT your START process for tomorrow's run but having the same PERIODIC JOB like DAILY..

HI,

if you add the DTP into existing process chain first chain remove form the scheduler.

after go to change mode -> select the dtp form the left side, drag it into right side

after give the DTP technical name -> browse for it -> select the particular DTP.

after save it -> activate the schedule if for tomorrow date.
