SPAU- reset note corrections

Hi,

Do you guys know why we can't remove these notes from the list? I've tried to reset note corrections and it doesn't give any error messages.

Hi ,

These are obselete notes , ie these became obselete after the applciation od new support packs . Please reset to original and click refresh

Or if your issue is not working for SPAU transcation why not do the same from SNOTE

Thanks. I know those are obosolete notes and I've tried to Reset and refresh, but they keep appearing on the SPAU-list...

As you tried Reset Obsolete Notes icon under SPAU,could you confirm the status of job SCWB_BGR_OBS_NOTE_RESET from SM37?

There is no such job, only Determine Adjustment Modes which is not related to these notes...

Hi Moye ,

Transaction SNOTE

Goto Note Browser

Type in the fist note "1059278" click execute

Check the status

On the new screen from the menu you get "reset implementation"/ "Set processing status"

Double clicking on the SAP Note from the SPAU transaction should take you to the same screen

Hi All,

Sorry to step in this thread, i am aslo facing same issue as above.

Issue: I am trying to do SPAU adjustments for obselute note 0001481055 however unable to make it to reset to original and receiving error as below.

SAP Note 0001481055 (version 0010) does not exist

Message no. SCWN400

steps tried: downloaded note 0001481055 (present version 16) from market place in snote and just try to implement (even though it is not applicable) and again tried in spau but no lock

searched for many notes but unable to find solution

I am also unable to see any job with name SCWB* in system while adjusting SPAU.

Hello Moye,

Maybe the changes for these notes were implemented manually by your developers. Check the notes on SAP Portals, locate the correction instructions in your system and check for documentation/version information of the code.

I would suggest you to follow SAP Notes 1972294 - SPAU: Resetting of obsolete SAP Notes

1975910 - Mass reset of obsolete notes in SPAU

Hope this note will resolve your issue.If still issue persists then raise SAP OSS for same.

Also did you patch the SNOTE browser ( check whether the following is relevant , check from SNOTE itself )
