SAP Mobile Platform SDK

Hello,

I have been working on installing the SAP Mobile Platform SDK. I have downloaded and unzipped ToolKit and Installer files. The problem occurs when I run the SetupAMD64 as administrator. When I do this an error occurs. I have attached a screen shot. Any suggestions can help and would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you have 64 bit OS machine to install SMP 3.0 SDK/runtime on windows.

Thank you for the response. I have a 64 bit OS, and dowloaded the first two files on the attached image, do those seem like the correct files.

Can you share the screenshot of your computer details?

I have installed the platform, now when I try to connect to the mobile server the ping has failed. Attached is the Properties.

Make sure you are connecting to SMP MBO runtime server from SMP Mobile SDK MBO Toolkit. Are you sure about the port "4500" ? Did you try with 2000 ?

Are you able to open SAP Control center with the same username and password?
