alert configuration error

Hi All,

If i click alertinbox/alertconfiguration in rwb , i get the following error,

500 Internal Server Error

SAP J2EE Engine/6.40

Application error occurs during processing the request.

go to the http://xiserver:port/exchangeProfile

and check if it's available

Hi,

one more thing:

you may also create a report on your XI

which will call this FM:

EXCHANGE_PROFILE_GET_PARAMETER

you just have to give 2 parameters:

(SECTION, NAME) and it should return a value from

exchange profile)

this is how you can check your conneciton with the

exchange profile too (from ABAP engine)

Hi,

I am also getting the same error when I am hit the alert configuration and Alert inbox in Runtimework bench screen, it says that "the requested resource does not exist".

And in the same runtime workbench screen when I go hit End to End monitor and hit display button, I am getting the follwing error.

THanks for your reply.

Yes the exchange profile is available, but the screen is empty. There are no values.When i click the refresh button , i get the above mentioned errors.
