BP Central Block Issue

Hi Guys,

I have an issue, I made a development that leads that, once some one is going to check off Central Sales Block ECC Customer Block data section and paralalley Checked on Central Posting block. But once we finalized our CR , in CR level both options are showing as checked off while once I am going to check in XD03 it is perfectly showing.

For your kind information we have cut off the link between BP Central block and ECC Customer/vendor block linkage.

Please help me with suggestions.

Can you please elaborate more on it? Can't understand what is the business case here.

Hi Kiran,

Actually Business wants to break the linkage between BP Central block and ECC Customer Posting block, which is as of now provided by SAP by default. We have broken the linkage via code enhancement. Now the issue happened that once we check off the Sales order block and check on Posting block in ECC customer level, the same thing won't reflect in CR level after final check approved. That means once we open up the CR, Posting block is showing unchecked, while we had already done the Posting block.

Hi Kiran,

We have broken the linkage of BP Central Block and BP_CUSGEN/BP_VeNGEN Posting block in code level. But now the problem is that, once we are taking a fresh BP Customer and going to block only Central Posting and Sales Order block, but unblocking of order, billing, and delivery block. CR level record updated properly after final check approved. If we take any All blocked BP Customer, and then go inside Customer general data, unblocking as same before I have mentioned, the CR does not reflect same updated block-unblock data as expected. Central Posting block is showing as unblocked after CR gets approved. Is it any program error of CVI_MAPPER class, or is there any SAP NOTE available to implement for avoiding this scenario.

Please help me out.

Hi,

the synch logic is implemented in various places (CVI, MDG, etc.). Most probably your modification is still incomplete.
