EDI question with message type

we have below EDI messages:

(1),Basic type: MATMAS05, EDI message MATMAS standard:?

(2). Basic type: DELVRY03, EDI message: DESADV standard: 940

(3) Basic type: DELVRY03 EDI message: WHSCON Standard: ?

(4) Basic type: WMMBID01 EDI message: WMMBXY Standard: ?

(5) Basic type: DELVRY03 EDI message: SHPCON standard: 940

(6) Basic Type: INVOIC02 EDI message: INVOIC standard:810

I only know three of them, can anyone answer me those with "?", which standard it is?

below is the sample:, is it X12 or EDIFACT?

can any expert replys my message, also, if we use one basic type: delvry03 / desadv, is it able to handle both sales and sales return, or should I use two EDI message type?

Hi Siva,

The example you gave seems to be in IDOC format (not EDI)...you need to map the required IDOCs to corresponding EDI XSD formats as per the Business requirements..

Can you pls elaborate on your query

Following are the ANSI X12 formats.

(1),Basic type: MATMAS05, EDI message MATMAS standard: 832

(2). Basic type: DELVRY03, EDI message: DESADV standard: 830/856

(3) Basic type: DELVRY03 EDI message: WHSCON Standard: 940

(4) Basic type: WMMBID01 EDI message: WMMBXY Standard: 867/940

(5) Basic type: DELVRY03 EDI message: SHPCON standard: 856/867

(6) Basic Type: INVOIC02 EDI message: INVOIC standard:810/880

Its an IDoc structure.
