Error Printing Transaction Record

Dear Gurus,

When i try to print preview in FTR05 tcode, i am taking error like "Error Printing Transaction Record" as screen shots maintained. By the way there is no problem in LIVE system, problem exist in only Quality system. What could be the problem ? LOCL_PCL settings are same, also tried all other printer Devices, same result.

Hi Kemal,

1) Can you double click the error message and share the detailed log.

2) Please look out for any missing authorization using SU53.

Dear Kori,

1-) Here is the double click (also there is no error log in sm21, st22 etc.)

2-) Last auth. check in su53 successfully, user has sap_all and others admin roles.

Hi Kemal,

I feel that it is trying to open a PDF during print preview and its not working.

Please check the following

1) RFC destination ADS ( under http) is working fine and pointing to correct server

2) Check the report FP_TEST_00 works fine and opens a PDF

Dear Kori,

1-) Here is sm59 http rfc connections, i think there is no rfc related to ads or something.

2-) FP_TEST_00 testing result is failed as screen shot maintained below.

3-) Here is FP_PDF_TEST_00 in SA38 result here ss

By the way, my question is, there is no ADS configuration in LIVE system also, but print preview in FTR05 tcode is working, i can see preview in LIVE system. Are you sure that it is related to ADS configuration ?
