Export structure to Excel.

Hi Experts,

Need your help.

Is there any chance to export the existing structure (HIERARCHY) to Excel?

I have got a document:

Is there any other way to Export the hierarchy rather then the mentioned in this document?

Its the SAP best practice to download the hierarchy into Excel file.

Are you facing any issues while using downloading the file using the program provided in the document?

What exactly you are looking for other than the above standard functionality provided by SAP?

HI Arpan,

You can make use of the print functionality available in the Screen to download the hierarchy in the Flat file. Please see the below screen for Guidaunce:

Expand the hierarchy you want to download till the lowest level and follow the steps below:

Step 1:

Step 2: on the next screen

Hi arpan,

select your hier object -> go to system menu -> select list -> save -> select local file -> then select your despot -> choose path -> give csv or excel format then download.

these option every where available.

like that down load any file you want.
