Proxy authentication required while deploying an application to cloud

Hi,

I'm following this tutorial : Develop your first End-to-End SAP HANA Cloud Application Scenario

When I want to deploy it (step 2.4) I get the following error :

My proxy settings are correct. Active provider is manual, HTTP and HTTPS are filled in and SOCKS is empty. Any ideas?

Hi Jonas,

Looks like your proxy server requires authentication. You can set this up by editing your proxy settings in the Eclipse preferences - check the Requires Authentication box and fill in the credentials.

Hi Vladimir,

I allready set the proxy setting but I still got this error. I can for example access the eclipse marketplace. If you not set the proxy settings you cannot access this either. Any ideas?

Hmm, that's strange. Please run the support info tool by going to Help > Collect Support Information... and attach the produced zip file.

we managed to reproduce the issue with NTLM based proxy server and we are searching for a solution.

Hi Jonas,

we manage to pinpoint the problem we will release a fix shortly.

Meanwhile as a workaround you can use the proxy IP instead of the host name.
