      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you do not know which database it is even after seeing its name - then there is nothing we can do to help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your DBA needs to get involved and advice you which DB is used and how to make DB backups, as it is a trivial DBA routine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
