500 SAP Internal Server Error

Hi Experts,

I am doing post installation configuration after Opentext VIM 7.01 SP1 ( Vendor Invoice Management ) installation

on ECC EHP6 system, after activitaing the SAP Web Dynnpro Service, when I test the service, I am getting error as below with short

it seems your issue related to IGS so please check below sap note

514841 Troubleshooting when a problem occurs with the IGS

454042 IGS: Installing and Configuring the IGS

844669 Profile parameter of IGS as of Version 7.x

896400 Upgrade your integrated IGS 7.x installation

931900 Finding the IGS patch level

Hello,

Please review SAP note 1497001 regarding this issue. You will need to upgrade your IGS to the latest patch level available in the SAP ServiceMarketplace; SAP note 896400 will help you in the upgrade process.

Thanks for your reply

I have cheked the IGS version , it is latest and in other systems it is running fine witht he same version.

I have also checked the RFC connection , which is failing , here is the IGS_ RFC error message

Hi Abu,

This issue related to IGS RFC destination ,once it fixed ,your IGS will start working

Please check SAP Note No. 353597 for this issue.
