Hi,

First time I am developing a web service and want to test it in WS Navigator, but I don't know how to access it, is there any transaction code for accessing it?

You need to use the URL example http://hostname:50000/wsnavigator . your user role might need permission to access this web page. Take help from basis.

what is usually the user for WS Navigator? is there a way we can identify

It can be any user -

The user account that you use for WS Navigator meets one of the following conditions:

Assigned to the Administrators group.
Assigned to the Administrator or SAP_JAVA_WSNAVIGATOR roles.
Assigned to a role that contains the WSNavigator action.
