Question Re: OSS notes in Technology Q&A

Hi,

Go to T-code SNOTE, and find the option "Download SAP Note". Give the note number there to download and read it.

Another way is to read it from the SAP Marketplace if you have an account. Your security team should be able to create an account for you.

Thanks,

Ranga.

Hi Fardoon,

You can find SAP Notes (a.k.a. OSS Notes) on the SAP Service Market Place - Support Portal. You go there via the following URL:

http://service.sap.com/notes

Please note that you have to register yourself with SAP. You can only access the notes with a so-called S-user and a password.

The mentioned note can also be accessed directly via the following URL (only as registered user):

https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/689964

Best regards,

Sander
