How to extract Quotations from SAP ECC.

Dear BI Gurus,

I have to extract quotations from SAP ECC. We're using BW 7.0. I found that datasource 2LIS_01_S264 is for this purpose. But I don't know how to fill setup table for this infosource. This is not included in logistics extraction cockpit (LBWE). With RSA3 it gives 0 records.

Do you know how can I do fill and extract it into 0SD_C05 ?

Please give me a hint .

I think this extractor is outdated. You can go for below extractors.

2LIS_11_VAHDR - Header information of Sales documents & quotation

2LIS_11_VAITM - Line item level information

You would find them in LBWE

generally I think you should find quotation data in VBAP/VBAK tables. 2LIS_11* are here the right extractors.

Maybe 2LIS_01_S264 is right from a business point of view. This extractor uses info structure (table) S264. Go to SE16 and check the table. If you find actual data you could use this extractor. It is not part ob logistic cockpit! This kind of extractors have another logic.

If you have an active extractor 2LIS_01_S264 you should be able to extract data in full and init/delta. Ask your logistic colleagues if S294 is used and update rules are active. Activate update rules vor S264 is a customizing task in ERP.
