Dear Friends,

Is it possible to change the name of any S user id? Is it recommended that delete the S user when he/she left the job? How many S users can be created for a client?

Exactly , you should delete S-user ids if responsible person is not using .

How many S users can be created for a client?

I am not aware of any such restriction.I think you can create as per your requirement.

Thanks for response.

I have two S Users and I have changed user name for one of them where as I can neither change the name nor delete the other S user id.

Please help.

HI,

You can not delete and change name of main s-user id,..that means whose name license is issued .

If you want to change name of S-user id for owner then you need to reach SAP.

The only user you can delete or modify are those who are created by you.
