Hi there

we're currently looking into adopting WebEDI for approx. 1000-3000 suppliers covering the

entire purchase-to-pay process chain. Strong support and SAP integration is key.

We're in touch with Seeburger, Softshare and a number of smaller companies here in Germany.

Is there any particular product you can recommend? Any input is appreciated our ideas

are very vague atm I can't really go into details.

Hi!

Did you already have a look at SAP Standard RNIF Adapter (RosettaNet Standard for HighTech Industry)? It covers the whole procure-to-pay process. But caution: The adapter itself comes free-of.-charge. But when you want to get the Business Package from SAP, it is everything else than free-of-charge.

If you are looking for an outsourcing solution then company crossgate may be the right choice for you. They are very experienced in connecting SAP systems in B2B scenarios.

When dealing with such a large supplier-base, the challenge is that suppliers use different systems, which talk in different languages.

We've recently launched a value added network that allows suppliers to exchange business documents such as orders and invoices in a variety of different formats; ie EDIFACT, OIOUBL, TRADACOMS, XML, CSV, Web Forms, etc.

Each supplier FTPs files in and out of their own mailbox, and the network transports & translates the files into a single format for SAP to import/export. This allows you on onboard suppliers using systems such as SAP, MS Dynamics, PeopleSoft and more.
