System Down

Hi,

Our BW System is down from last three days. We have scheduled process chains to load data from flat file to ODS Objects.

What is the status of these jobs. Do we need to load these old files manually once the system is up? or is there any alternative

Hello,

Please check in TX RSMO with Infopackage which where scheduled in Process chain and check the status..

If they show in Green and dta records XXX transfered so there is no neeed to do this activity again....

Hi,

System is down means they Shut Down the system or it is in UP but not avilable for USers?., If it is completly Shut Down then you need to load again the Flat Files, is teh background jobs are running in the system for those 3 days then it is not a problem, better check in ODS and take a descision.
