Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 2015 / setup / licensing

Hi,

Reading the SAP Crystal Solutions Licensing, I understand I can resold to 3rd parties (redistribute) my client application (windows form, no server) without having to buy a license (for me or for my customer).

However, my application setup doesn't seem to have bundled all it needs to work on client. When running a report I get this popup message :

Should I install this msi CRforVS_redist_install_32bit_13_0_23.zip on 3rd party client ? The License agreement seems to require the purchase of a license.

You MUST install the .msi on the machine where your application is deployed. The SDK is based on some COM objects that need to be registered on the computer, so you can't just copy the .dll's that your application uses to the client machine - you must use one of the runtime installation files so that things get registered correctly. Also the service pack (SP) of the runtime MUST match the SP you've used for developing your application.

Which versions of the SDK and Visual Studio are you using?
