Jesus..the official reply is more than 3 minutes old which means SAP has completely re-designed the site 15 times since then and all the links are broken or various things are locked behind paid support agreements.

Nothing says "we move at the glacial speed of a bureaucratic corporation with customers locked into our ancient systems" than SAP. Does one of your database products power your website? Is that why pages load in just under 9 seconds?
