    <description>&lt;P&gt;Jesus..the official reply is more than 3 minutes old which means SAP has completely re-designed the site 15 times since then and all the links are broken or various things are locked behind paid support agreements.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nothing says "we move at the glacial speed of a bureaucratic corporation with customers locked into our ancient systems" than SAP.  Does one of your database products power your website?  Is that why pages load in just under 9 seconds?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
