      <title>Troubleshooting Report Application Server</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello Listers,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've installed Crystal Reports Server XI R2 on Windows 2003 Server. All the services are running fine except '*&lt;STRONG&gt;Report Application Server&lt;/STRONG&gt;*'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whenever I try to start the service it starts and stops immediately.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello Vinit,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;check the Eventviewer of your W2003 OS if it drops an error. Also you should trace the RAS Server by adding the "-trace" option to the Service, than start it and re- produce the error.
