You require a SAP service market place user id and password for it.

If you have one, you can go to the below link and give the sap note number to read it.

Hi,

We need to access to SAP market place. It required user id/password to log on & after that under help & support you can search for specific OSS note by providing note no.

How we can get the user id and password of SAP Service market place.

Once get into it how to make use of a OSS Notes like exactly what an OSS Notes contains

Hi,

For SAP Service market place user name password u have to register ur username on SAP must be ur basis team have that ask them and In OSS u have post ur problem and step by step procedure what ur doing and why that problem occurred.

MSS,

you have raised an OSS message through the SAP Portal - this is not a note .... you will have to go to the support portal log on using the ID used to create the message --> click on "support & messages " --> my messages --> search for your message ( the first part of the message number ) and then you can find the message.

Hi ,

Goto my inbox ->search for customer incidents(go)->and then add the incident number you will find the message.

make sure you have all the rights.
